Support groups are held in various locations and for different target groups.

By location;

2nd Tuesday of the month from 7-8.30 pm - Adult Child Support Group

2nd Friday of the month from 10-11.30 am - Home From Home Group for individuals who are considering placement for a loved one or who have recently done so.

4th Wednesday of the month from 2-3.30.    Caregiver Support Group - all partners in care welcome.

1st Wednesday of the month 2-3.30 *New Location: North Lambton Lodge (Day program Site)
